New Orleans Visit

Well as much as I love New Orleans.....the bar was dead...the French Quarter seemed dead...but I really enjoyed Penguin's company...as always. Got a lot of pictures of my old haunts(places I grew up, those that still stand like the schools I attended The homes my family occupied etc.) No graveyard photos this year as I have sooooo many already

As for the dinner...I'll be posting to Corp Goth to get feelings on the dinner arraingments including the idea we talked about within the next few months then calling restauraunts etc... so I hope to have it done well before the actual dates..

Hi Im just getting around to reading my LJ and reviewing my replys. Thanks I left 2 2 weeks before she arrived. I took pictures of places that had meaning in my life..some will not exisit after this and I am so glad I took those pictures..
Thank god my family is fine, they live in Kenner and there was no water or looting...an old fence fell and some shingles where lost from the roof but thats all. They are home already with lights, phone and water...Very lucky...thanks for your concern.
