Who wants to hear about MY flippin' day?!?!?!?!?!???!!!!!!!!!!  Intrigued right?  Well, it started out fine.  I worked on my novel this morning, then went to class.  It was a shortened class that started with a scavenger hunt that ended in treats!  Each snack represented one person in the class.  I was alphabets cereal, because I work with little ( Read more... )

Something to put a smile on your face: a nice, heavy box containing not one but FIVE Charlaine Harris books should be waiting for you today or tomorrow. ^_^ Along with some candy cigarettes! Don't eat them all at once because you'll probably need them what with everything that's been going on. Wow.

Alphabet's cereal is really cute, I must say. Sorry to hear about everything, really. I hope your residents are doing better, and that the door kicking kid has come back down to reality, too. How can a kick do that much damage to a door ( ... )

Thanks. I actually have to sign up for the Praxis I and the Praxis II (for counselors). But I apparently cant get really drunk and still do fine on the Praxis I, so I'm not overly worried about it. Praxis II is harder, though; at least the counselor specific one is. I don't even wanna know what those two will cost me....

Praxis I is the easiest thing in the world. Honestly. I think I lost a total of 10 points on all three tests. That's another thing if you didn't know: Praxis I is composed of three tests, Reading, Writing and Math. But all three are very easy. You'll be fine. My Praxis II was in English and while they are specific, mine wasn't too much harder, but it may vary by subject.

Okay, I just looked them up, each segment of Praxis I costs $40, so $120 total for the paper-based ones. According to ETS, the School Guidance and Counseling is $80. So about $200 total for all of them. Not bad! Still a lot, but not as much as that crazy hard test you mentioned.

Arrgh! That sucks! (Except the bit about Alphabet cereal...that was kinda cute!)

Why is it that students are always charged for testing? It makes no sense...
GOOD LUCK with everything! I hope it all starts getting better really soon!

Yikes...I'm sorry to hear all this. $295 a pop? That's re-god-damn-diculous. And why the crap would anybody do that to their door, especially a door that they don't own? And a door that they would have to pay a lot of money to replace?

I hope things get better, though. Hang in there!
