Oh man! I just realized what Google Maps Street view is. It's amazing! Is there a street view of your city? If yes can you please show me your favourite places?
There's not one of Helsinki :( It'd be so awesome if there was!

My town is entirely blurry on street view, which makes me sad :( But google maps is indeed amazing

There are air photos of whole Finland, too, but they're all blurry. But I had no idea that in some cities you can see where you are in ground level, like a virtual tour. That's far more cool than air photos!

If you search for Greenfield, Saddleworth, Oldham, United Kingdom, that's my village. And if you scroll to the right, not very far, you can see Dovestones Reservoir and the beginning of the Peak District. It's beautiful in real life but...looks so weird on the map, haha.

Yeah, the air photo doesn't do justice to the nature. But what I was actually psyched about (and spent several hours on..) is the actual street view. There are tons of cities with them, wikipedia tells more. Look, Louvre!
