Hot Spots: Valkyrie Express
These are some locations within the train that are worth considering when you post:
Train Diagram
Room Carts
Basically, the halls of the train where the doors to the passengers' rooms are. There is not much to see, really, but it wouldn't be hard to encounter someone here. A complete bathroom is available at either end of each room cart.
Individual Rooms
Inside of a passenger's room. It's decently furnished with beds, a large desk, and plenty of shelves, having most of what one (or two) would need. Some passengers have a roommate. Check the Room Directory page to find your room assignment. Two characters with the same assignment are sharing a room!
Convenience Cart
This is a small cart meant to give passengers easy access to small conveniences at virtually any time. When it is open, passengers will be able to purchase snacks, stationary, postcards of previous Valkyrie Express stops and books published by the aspiring novelist Princess Eliane, among other things.
Lounge Cart
The lounge from the very first log. There are chairs of all sorts, table games, board games, and other similar forms of amusement. There is a working television with an assortment of channels. A magic mirror is also available for use here, but it is very valuable and comes with some rules attached, so be careful with it.
Arcade Cart
A cart that has various games for one to choose from. For a list, consult this page.
Dining Cart
The place to go for food. Tables have four chairs, two on either side, and standard white tablecloths. There is a bar, but no bartender on duty. Food appears on a daily basis in buffet style, but it is unknown how it actually gets there.
Cooking Station
This is the cart that won a poll conducted for the passengers. A variety of spices, condiments, fruits, vegetables, meats, and other cooking tools can be found in various drawers. Aspiring chefs will enjoy cooking for fun or when they dislike what is served in the Dining Cart.
Medical Cart
Somewhere to accommodate for any injuries sustained, either by accident or as a result of more dangerous missions. There are some hospital beds available, as well as basic supplies, medical tools, and some different kinds of medicine.
Conductor's Suite
The closest to the front of the train that can be reached by normal means, this is where the conductor calls home. There is her personal room where she goes for privacy and sleep, but also a lobby area with some nice furniture and decorations where passengers are welcome to enter and speak with her.
A few more may be added to this list later on, but feel free to have your characters explore the Valkyrie Express! Before long, you may have even more possibilities to discover.
