I got into an accident with my car 5 days after I had my license...not fun...Atleast everyone is alright though...good luck fighting for not being at fault...it's tought since you're still considered a new driver and that fat stupid soccer mom has probably been driving for a while...

i work for a lawyer that deals solely w/ car accidents and unfortunately if you were making a left hand turn, you are at fault- according to the insurance company. It doesnt matter if they came out of nowhere cause you had the yield and they had a plain green and im 99% sure you're gonna get the at-fault :( sorry to be the bearer of bad news. im glad my lil buddy is okay! come visit holy cross soon k? *muah*
