I have a barely-there head cold that's gone from being an affliction to an annoyance. Sure, my mucus still has the consistency of rubber cement. I blow my nose and my ear pops.    Does anyone know how to remove blood from a yoga mat? See, last Wednesday, I got a little knife-happy, and bled on my Dali print, my rainbow rug, and my yoga mat.
