Take the base and Sharpen it to 40. Now, I did this:
Layer: Colors: Auto: White Balance
That just makes it lighter. :) I then duplicated the base twice and set them both at Screen, the opacity at 100.
Make two new layers and then add put #e01904 set to Soft Light opacity 20, (gives it more color) and #ffd7cb set to Multiply at 100.
I made a new layer and added this texture (by 77words), setting it to Soft Light, opacity at 40:
Make two more layers and add to the first: #8fe1ff set to Burn opacity 100, (gives it more color) and to the second layer: #2f4383 set to Difference at 43.5.
For the finishing touch, I added this texture (by 77words) and put it to Multiply, opacity at 100. And that tis it! :D
