I used this pic from Veer.com and cropped it to my liking:
I Sharpened the base to 40 and then I went over the eye and sharpened it. I didn't smooth the skin since she has freckles (freckles are pretty). ^_^
Duplicate the base twice and set the first to Screen, opacity at 60 and then the second Desaturate it and set it to Screen, opacity at 100.
Next, I added this texture (by ??) and set it to Multiply, opacity 100:
Make two new layers and put the color #ffd7cb in the first, setting it to Multiply, opacity 100. For the second layer, add the color, #010137, and set it to Screen, opacity 100.
Duplicate that layer 3 times and set the last layer to Subtract, opacity 100 (that is sort of like Exclusion for photoshop and such).
Now, I added this texture (by Tre-xture) and set it to Burn, opacity 60:
Make 4 new layers (the last ones, I promise!) and for the first one, put the color #ffefdc setting it to Multiply, opactiy 100.
For the second layer, put the color #6db9f3 setting it to Burn, opactiy 100.
It's really dark now, so I put #ffffff into the third layer and set it to Soft Light, opactiy 100 (depends on your pic).
And for the last layer, i put the color #f9b1f6 (to give it more life) setting it to Burn, opactiy 49.8.
I added a text brush and that is it!
