She's one of my best friends. I've known her since we were five and we grew up together. I'd do anything for her.

If you know her so well, surely there's something that only you would think to get her. Something that isn't quite difficult to attain or to create so that she doesn't feel guilty, but something that will remind her of why the two of you are friends.
