Day one of dieting hell

Hmm, am quite pleased with myself for not giving into the cravings for food i've had all day. Todays's food was 1 bowl of museli for brunch and potato wedges and quorn nuggets for dinner. Not very healthy I know but seeing as I don't get paid till thur/fri and we only have a little bit of food in the house and nothing that's good for me, i'll ( Read more... )

I feel for you lol, it's been dieting hell in my house for far too long, my momma's having to lose 6st atm. I just lost all my puppy fat hehe.

Hehe i've done it before. I went from 12 stone to 8, it took me about 3 years tho, that last stone was a bitch to lose. But then my knee decided to not work anymore and I spent a year on crutches and I still can't exercise else i'll damage my knee more as it's not fixed yet. So basically I put on almost 3 stone since may last year, cuz I couldn't exercise at all and got miserable so started comfort eating, so not a good thing.
