Well..er..not really. But when I mean baby steps I mean starting off walking, not running, once I lose enough weight and feel comfortable enough to run then I will, until then it's walking for me. And speaking of walking, today I walked for almost 5 miles! I didn't realize that I had gone that far but I went onto googlemaps and checked the distance

I'm more of a 7-8 x / day mini meal eater.
I find that it keeps my blood sugar under control.
I don't experience any sugar spikes as some would with a big carb breakfast.
