Here's another (disappointing I might add) addition to the blacklisted companies I won't be doing business with anymore due to the fact that they have hidden Mandatory Binding Arbitration clauses in their terms and conditions when you purchase anything

We dumped Overstock.com years ago thanks to their truly appalling customer service. It does not surprise me that their T&C include mandatory binding arbitration, because they already clearly don't care squat for their customers except as a source of cashflow.

I haven't had any problems on the about three occasions I've used them, so I haven't had the misfortune to deal with their customer service. I am bummed because I did find some screaming hot deals on their site. But now they are even more deader than before! And yes, I did say even more deader, it's the most funnest. :P
