i have never been a very political person, but that is because i didn't even matter or have a vote! but now... i care. a lot. im not sure what any of your standpoints are (ie democratic/republican) but let me just say

Never mind Iraq. What's to be done with all the rebels over in the colonies? I dare say the King ought to hang them for treason! Quite the ruckus indeed, old chap.
The "in before debate" thing is just an internet reference. People like to post stuff like that or "in before drama" when someone posts something either wanky or political or stuff. I obviously don't see a problem with debate, haha, but they didn't mean anything by it.
Now, to the topic at hand. I like Barack, I really do. I also am not a huge fan of Clinton. But I seriously think that Obama's biggest problem is his lack of experience. Which could be a good thing, because maybe it means he isn't as corrupted as other politicians, but I just would like to see my president have served more time in office.
That being said, he's probably my favorite of the candidates and has a huge following at Madison. The problem with wanting a more peaceful world is really just how people think that result will come about, after all. We can't control every part of the world, there is a point where we just have to leave other countries alone (within reason).
yeah see the thing is people want him to have experience but he grew up being in and learning about other countries as opposed to being in the actual position of a "politician". i loved his answer in the debate about talking to those leaders from terrible countries. thats what we should be doing! and he DOES want to leave countries alone because he wants us to friggin get out of iraq because why the hell are we even there it aint our business!
even if he doesnt make it this year i really love his ideas and want him to someday put them to good use as president! mostly, i just hate clinton like no other and will under no circumstances vote for her. :)
