I finally got off my ass the other day and went looking for a job. It makes me sad that I've been without a job for about 5 months now, and I was really proud of myself because I spent over 6 hours straight on Friday getting applications, talking to managers, and filling forms out. But you check the movie out just to see how it compares to how you view the characters, settings, and all that. I find it interesting to see other people's takes on the same material.

I can understand why directors make shortcuts when they convert books into film. Me, being the Lord of the Rings fanatic (I mean, I read it 12 times. The WHOLE series) , am diappointed that they didn't have all the details of the movies right...though I understand if they did, each movie would be, like, a week long. And I can't sit still THAT long.

And I'm totally with you on the Oliver Wood deal. The biggest mistake in those movies was not bringing him back after the Sorcerer's Stone. His accent was so dreamy lol.
