My anger issues are pretty obviously my worst trait. I don't know where they came from - I'm guessing my childhood. Though, I was pretty weak and codependent in my teen years. I started going through a list of shadow work prompts, since my shadow work therapist believes that journaling will help me a lot. Gonna do 20-minute sprints of journaling every day until our next meeting on the 18th of March. Sometimes releasing your anger means downgrading from 'I hope he gets hit by a bus and dies' to 'I hope he gets hit by a bus and has a life changing experience'.
