Not so much putting myself down as I am pointing out that my availability and intereraction frequency have both been in a high degree of suck. Therefore, my skills in existing are lacking.

You over-extend yourself a lot. It leaves you in a position where you have lots of duties, few of which are fulfilled adequately. I admire the zeal, but see it as a foolish endeavour.
