pleas help me...ate alot of chiken today but it wasnt fried...and some watermillon and amango...if i waked for an hure whould i burne it???? pleas help me how do i loos what i ate?
Thanks so much for the comment you left me...your tips really work! I would just keep on exercising & don't eat a lot the next day to make up for it...thats the best thing to do. Don't get worried about it...just make up for it tomorow...Good Luck!
