Holy shit, i woke up at like 8:30 for work.....sans alarm clock, sans wake up call....just woke up. Weird...so i come downstairs, and theres fucking nobody here...still, its 9:15. Wow Kati sounds a bit like me, only I was too nice to say anything to you about it before ;). And actually there isnt really a normal sleep pattern. Everyone is different. If you just go to bed when youre tired and wake up when your body tells you to wake up then thats just as much sleep as you need. Sorry ladies if Im not helping but its what I learned in bio.
