R and I feel that the NHS is pretty much tossing me out into the ocean to sink or swim. The only thing we can think of to help is to force me into a routine.

Okay. Assuming I get to the UK, I will come to you late Dec and we will sort out everything we can in advance for your January stuff, possibly making a huge wall chart with glitter and gold stars. If not, we will do it via skype and I will post it to you.

What do you do in the gym? Is any of it stuff where I could, maybe, give you a home equipment equivalent for Christmas? (With the understanding, of course, that you never have to use it.)

Have you heard of Amazon Mechanical Turk? Might be a good thing for you -- do procrastinate-y things on the computer, get paid a few cents per procrastinate-y thing? (On the other hand, I can't remember if procrastinate-y things on the computer make you feel worse or just help numb things.)

I love you.

Huge chart would be very helpful.

While exercise is good, the main advantage of the gym is the out of the house headspace. Stuff is a very kind offer, but I don't think I'd use it in the house.

Have used amt before. I suspect things away from the computer are better if possible.

I love you too.

*nods* Right, understood. <3

How about crafting things? I could set you up an etsy account and shower you with things from hobbycraft from which you could fashion all the delights and wonders imaginable? (I have no idea how etsy works, so perhaps this is not a good idea, but if you like the sound of it we can look into it and other, similar things.)

Love you. Let me know if I should stop attempting to problem-solve.
