I would add to this - their pay rises should be indexed, not to inflation etc, but to the rate of increase of DLA and similar. So if they think the cost of living is going up, do something about it!
No objections. If you have a chance at some point, I'd quite like to wibble at you about PIP. I know the stuff I've posted is currently very dense (Katy and I are going to try to fix that), but I'd be happy to give you a verbal/chat rundown of the main problems that have been pointed out.
