PayPal charges that fee on all credit card stuff, I've found.

I'm just sad the Toywave discounts don't work on preorders! On 142 USD they'd be nice XD.

I usually use Paypal with Ebay purchases, and those don't have a fee. Even if it's international. I mean, I'm not complaining, it just seems a bit unusual.

I wasn't aware that Toy Wave gave discounts... augh, I almost want September to come, but that means I'll be back in school and I won't have time to poke all of King G's shiny bits!
