January 21: The Unoa L-Bi I had traded for arrived today. It was shipped Saturday Jan 18 -- though I have still received no contact whatsoever from RockScientist/Suuchan.

I have not gotten it yet, but my roommate unpacked it and said it's fine.

I can't even say how happy I am that this is over.

Have you posted to bad_dolly_deals? They have a lot of eyes to watch as well.

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear this. I hope you get your doll back. Is it the kind of thing you can file a police report for?

I don't know....I've never filled one out before. I might email the League City police dept and see if I can do anything or if they don't care due to my being here and all. I can fill out an internet crime report though! I will be doing that later....

This so sucks. :(

I paid Suuchan $225 in full in November for a ringdoll dylan and after being delayed and put off with excuses,offered a small partial refund for the troubles then finally promised a tracking number and doll in the mail right after christmas, I've heard nothing, no tracking number,no doll,no money.
I tried not to assume the worst of her but it seems I made a big mistake in my first attempted doll purchase.
If you hear anything from her or have any advice for me i would greatly appreciate any help.

I am so sorry to hear this :(
Especially as it was your first doll. May I ask where you were contacting her? Have you tried to get ahold of her on other sites or through email? I'm guessing it's too late for a pp dispute, but if you go here http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx you can file a complaint and they might be able to help. Especially if more people are doing so against this person, who is obviously a scammer.

I can email you all the info I have, provided by some very helpful people.

Good luck, I really hope she turns up...this is completely unacceptable.

I haven't opened it yet but my package just arrived from League city! I hope your arrives shortly too!
I'll let you know the condition and all once I get him all unpacked.

:D Oh thank god!! That's wonderful!! Please do let me know condition n'such...but seriously I am so happy!! I am literally sitting here on the nets looking for ways i can legally take action, but maybe MAYBE I won't have too.

Did you see the scammer notice on DOA? She was banned too....I figured you contacted the mods :)
