Babysitting and/or tutoring always pay really well. See if any of the little girls at school need help, or if any of the kids at your brother's school. Then you could always see if you can find an art class to help out at. Like, as an assistand during the class. Oh, and as dorky as it sounds, see if anyone in your neighborhood needs someone to walk their dogs (or has a kid you can babysit).
Oh, and Publix takes kids at 14.

yeah Margaux's right, publix is good. Get your mom a fake worker's license and she might be able to work with the county.
as for helping during classes, see if you can get a job as a teacher's aid.
and (it seems low, i know) McDonalds would probably hire a kid.

Best Idea: try to sell what you're good at, like paintings. If you're pretty good at guitar then get two or three friends and play for like 100$ a show. Anthony made money that way.
P.S: no dealing or hooking! then you might run into my doctor and he's pretty scary.
