My friend and I went to a party/get together one of my friends was having, and everyone there, despite their laid back, chill exterior, was judgemental and abrasive about my friend. It struck me as ironic, hypocritic even, that a group of people who say they accept everyone actually only accepts those who fit in with the group. I mean, I genuinely thought we were too old for this.
