Well, today was a really good day. i had fun at work, was awake the entire day, and was in no pain at all. i went to the chiropractor the other day and he fixed me right up. i haven felt so good in a while. my shoulder no longer hurts and the tight muscule has FINALLY relaxed. man it feels so good to be able to move w/out pain. but anywho, i got a
