I will not be givng blood again, despite it being a great thing to do. One trip to hospital in an ambulance is enough for me thanks.

Lol. I got outside after donating blood and then fainted and hit a wall, and then fainted again and hit the pavement. I cut open my eyebrow and bruised most of the right side of my face! Very painful, and scary going to hospital! They had to glue my cut and xrayed my checkbone as they thought it might be fractured (which it wasnt).

But yeah I can't donate blood ever again and it still hasnt all healed. Plus i spent the rest of the weekend having dizy spells! AND I couldnt go to the gym all last week!
