Thank you.

I wonder if any changes will come about from this inquiry? As much as I would like it to, I bet the findings will be brushed under the carpet as most other inquiry recommendations are.

I never understood the need to know all the details of celebrities' lives, or even the paparazzi's need to take photos of them just walking down the street to buy a coffee. Just because someone is in the business of being "out there" doesn't give everyone a free pass to every second of their lives.

Agreed, plus the more they do it the more it feeds the mindless celebrity culture we have right now and diluting that can only be for the good.

True words from you! I can´t believe some people can complain about celebrities giving the evidence! Tabloids behaviour is sick but still if people didn´t buy them, there will be no such stuff. I mean why peple want to read about celebrities´ lives? And mainly most of it is just made-up rubbish. :o/

I know; the complainers are saying the celebs are trying to put themselves in the same sympathetic position as the victims of crime. I think the complainers are not seeing the bigger picture or are themselves journalists who see this inquiry as trying to censore the press. I don't see stopping unethical behaviour as censorship.

If nothing else, clearly defining what actually is in the public interest will mean the end of endless rubbish stories about Z list celebs love lives, which can only be good.

Sing it, sister!! The day I can open any paper and not have to read about someone who's only claim to fame is that they apparently live in Essex, will be a truly great historical landmark!

Wordy McWord.

The less there is in the media about Kerry Katona and what the embryo of the Beckhams is wearing, the better.
