Well, I've had to fill in a 'clothing form' but the HR lady I spoke said that she's never worn any of the stuff that she's been given. Smart/Casual dresscode (argh, what does that actually mean these days) apart from if there is something fancy going on. Plus the clothing is made in Malaysia which can make sizing a bit iiinteresting!
Smart casual for work usually means skirt/trousers & a top (or a dress) ; suits not necessary but equally no jeans (unless you're told you're allowed).
