Went to a German Christmas Market at a small Lutheran Church on the Upper East Side this morning (Germantown in Yorkville! Adorable, elderly German expats! Who knew!). Had a blast (and two glasses of Gluhwein.). Bought german Christmas cookies, Stollen (two, actually!) and a Best of Air Supply CD (shut up! it was a dollar! at a church fundraiser!

But seriously, two glasses of Gluhwein is, like, a LOT, alcohol content-wise. On an empty stomach, nonetheless!

btw, am currently writing a paper to a show called 'cats 101' on animal planet. love. i think you'd like it too. profiles several breeds each show, along with other neat little cat storiess. love love love. but i think the boo is jealous. i will have to move the laptop to give the boo some (more) laptime.
