A whole load of sadness

So I have had the surgery, I have an evil looking scar about 7ins in length and I am very sad :(

Yeah I know I am lucky to have had the opportunity to have WLS and the bypass is already helping my blood glucose control, but I am in pain a lot, I cant cough or sneeze without a tearing feeling inside.
