Pies and vampires and conundrums

So it is 2AM, and I am baking pies for the women's craft fair. Damn, I gotta learn how to do things during daytime hours. But my kid was sick, and we were being lazy watching movies all day long cuddling on the couch. There are so few days when you get to do that with your kid, too bad she has to be sick for us to enjoy them
