I think starting tomorrow,things need to change.I found a snapple with only 10 calories! And it tastes great so I can add that to my good things to live on.
Tomorrow i need to cash my check and do some shopping. And seriously live on some tea and salads and good things. I cant live like this anymore..and i'm going to need everyones support:)

ok so i went to the doc and i have this insulin prob so basically im eating too much carbs n shit and not balancing it ouw thi veggies and all that good stuff. So i have to eat like every 2 to 4 hours and eat small portions. Like i can have 2 slices of pizze thin crust with iced tea and salad...and then eat it again if im hungry. She said the key was to eat 5 or 6 meals aday and not eat like 2 big ones like i have been doing. Because if you eat smaller and more fequently it boosts up ur metabolism(sp) soo yea...thats why i havent been loosing weight...she said no soda cuz of all the calories and beer too...damnit...but i can have that on the weekends like if i go out sat nites er something...and walk she said...so cardio...ugh yea...so hopefully this time it'll work damnit lol
