It’s been a busy weekend - well sort of. We woke up on Saturday morning to having to break the news to Sky that her hamster had passed away. She cried for a bit and we had a hamster funeral in the backyard complete with hand picked flowers and a eulogy. It’s Friday and I’m SO glad. I’ve been working late every day to make up for losing the income from 352 and it’s taken some getting used to. I almost killed myself on Monday. It was my second work out session with the trainer and I have to say - I’ve never worked out so hard in my entire life. I’m having one of those moments when I look in the mirror and I see every single little flaw there is to see - they all just stick out and glare at me.

It’s gray and chilly out today and Sky gets to spend the day at Sun Country Sports Center since there is no school. She was pleased of course. I made an astonishingly simple yet really yummy roasted veggie dish last night. I ate it with my whole wheat pasta with carefully made low fat pasta sauce last night.
