Explaining ghosts

Alona is CONVINCED...and I mean 100% certain, that there is a ghost at her friend's house. They hear a "moaning" when they are alone in the room at night, and it ONLY happens when no adults are around. Now let me explain something. My family? We see ghosts. No...really. We sense them, we see them, we hear them, and sometimes we can talk to them.

One of the best papers I wrote in college was an analysis of "Beloved," because the book just reads different if you've seen ghosts than if you haven't.

*snicker* I'm guessing you are right. It's people like that that make people roll their eyes at any mention of "I see ghosts". Makes me want to smack them with their momma's hand.
