That's wonderful news! And absolutely, keep a notebook handy for any further documentation. I'm so glad that your boss agrees with you. I've got a feeling that Tony's going to shoot himself in the foot when they ask for his version of things -- that instead of denying, he'll say something like "Of course I said all that! I'm worried for her eternal soul; aren't you?" ;)

Well, Tony's kind of a "throw the other person under the bus" guy. He'll probably deny the whole thing or tell him that I started the convo.

I'm just glad that I stood up for myself :)

I think the letter was perfect. It was completely inappropriate and unprofessional of him to approach you in that manner and then to badger you. Hope it goes well! Love!!
