I'm with everyone else. I kind of had to skim for the sake of my eyes. And brain. And given the challenge...I think that's a high compliment ^_^ And I will add, just for good measure, an emo-tastic cry of MY CHILDHOOD!

God, I love this challenge. Everything is so delightfully AWFUL and intended to be so. I swear, this is the only place on the interwebs where someone can purposely write a horrendous story...and be praised for it *laugh* Play on!

Well, the upside to that plunnie would be no Chibi-Usa. And that is a happy thought.

I give you many points for horrid, romance novel-esque descriptions. Amazingly enough, I read the whole thing. Not at once. I had to read it in chunks. And, it amuses me.

'...no Chibi-Usa'? Why whatever do you mean? That's what Mpregs are for. Just imagine the look on Kaitou's face when that bundle of pink falls on him and calls him 'Mama'. Should make Magic Pu a fish instead of a cat. And who else would have taught his daughter magic tricks?

...Oh god, Tuxedo Mask did ventriloquism and magic tricks. He really *is* a Kaitou Kid rip off. I checked the dates last night: Magic Kaitou 1988, Sailor Moon 1992.

I try not to think about those.

If you want to make that arguement, I'd like to add that Kaitou Kid could be a rip off of Arsene Lupin (early 20th century). Have you ever read any Lupin stories? You can clearly see the origins of Kid.

Well yes, he's obviously part of the genre of gentleman thief that was originated by the Arsene Lupin books (and they're quite fun to read). But I don't think Lupin used magic tricks in his MO, nor did he wear a mask (or monocle) with top hat and tuxedo and carry roses. The phantom thief genre is fairly popular in Japan, though not all use the tuxedo format. Man of Many Faces from Clamp also wears the black tuxedo/top hat/mask combo and is from 1990, so may be a more likely source for Tuxedo Mask. Mostly I was being silly when I said Tuxedo Mask was a direct rip-off of Kaitou Kid. I need to do some more research, see if there are any other phantom thieves in Japan who were created before 1988.

Wow. My brain is hereby liquefied. -.-

The sad part of this is that it's not rife with spelling errors. It makes sense. It's just sudden and severely disturbing. Ugh!!!! I want my mommy!

Good job! ^_^
