[OOC] Can Damon compel you?

In The Vampire Diaries, vampires are capable of compelling people (humans) into doing whatever they want just by looking at them. And the only way to prevent that is to carry or having vervain in their systems. As a note, if someone is compelled they can't even tell they were. For Quinn/Sheldon/Giriko/Lancelot:

1. Yes, anything goes! But if it's anything that would put my character in danger or generally something people would be unlikely to ever do of their own free will, ping me maybe?

2. Quinn, sure! Lancelot & Sheldon are "maybes", Giriko is an "I'd like to see you try".

Hmm... Well, Minato has some amount of psychic resistance, and was able to shake off at least one type of mind control with some amount of effort. I'm not sure how that would come to play in this case though.

Reimu most definitely would not be affected by vampire mind control.

Kouichi Anything goes for both options.
Schuldig is a very adept telepath and empath. I'm not sure it'd work on him. He'd probably just laugh.
Rath is a demon/dragon thing, but it'd probably work like a charm on him. HE'LL BE VERY ANGRY.
Chitose Anything goes for both options.
Jo is very strong mentally, but it might work. And make her angry in the process. She'd probably resist it as well.
18 Sure on both! But expect retaliation. Also I'm not sure she's got blood at all.
Eclipse would be resistant to any sort of mind control. But you're welcome to try.
