I can sew... Kinda!

So a doll forum that I am a member of had a swap, the theme was summer in Japan. So I decided to break out the sewing machine and try making a kimono. There are quite a few mistakes and flaws on it, but otherwise it came out pretty good. I almost don't want to send it to the swap person >_> But I can always make another one.

That looks really great! I especially like the next to last picture. How long did it take you to make? I didn't know you had a sewing machine. I want to get one for making bras. Hopefully you get something good in return from the swap.

I got a sewing maching when I was 16, same one as I use now they last forever (well Singer's do at least my Mom still uses her 30 year old one).
I worked on it for a hour or so a couple nights, so it probably took me 4-5 hours total, but it was the first one I amde and I had to alter the pattern from an 18 inch doll pattern to fit a bigger doll.
