Well I'm in the flood! But thankful that all my loved ones have are safe and sound and only affected by inconvenience. Rockhampton (where I live) is still isolated today; but Toowoomba (my original home town) is in recoil. My BIL in Brisbane has evacuated, so he is safe too.

So, I'll throw my hat in the ring, out of sheer gratitude.

How do I do this? $25 for 5000 words? So the new bid is just for a longer fic? Or do I increase the $/words?
You know Tarrant will be at least one of the characters if I win!

So glad you're doing okay. It looks so scary from the news reports I've seen or read. Still, I'm sure you'll be affected, ughhhh. Thanks so much for the bid, though I feel bad since you're likely to have donated anyway!

The $25 would definitely get you a 5,000 word story, minimum. If you win, we can negotiate plot and everything. Of course I can write you Tarrant fic. :D
