A character rolling around in my head. Still developing, no name as of yet. Villain. Reminds me a bit of Hazama. Has that same certain willingness to fuck with people. Nasty smile and a habit of leaning in too close when he talks. Lots of those 'slow flourish' types of hand gestures.
