I disagree. I think the biggest reason people take things the 'wrong' way is because the person saying it is being insensitive or thoughtless.

yes, that's definately one side of it, but at the same time the first person could be speaking without any intention of insensitivity or thoughtlessness, yet no matter what they say the other person could still take it as such.

these are more just ramblings then set in stone opinions..... btw.... lol
