I can't see how to be honest (apart from on my chin area) and that makes me think the scale was wrong. But it was in a hospitally type place! And I had SHOES on!

I think I deserve some victory cake...

Congrats my dear!!! I have also been on diet and fitness escapades and have thus far ridded myself of 8 pounds. no victory cake for me yet though Im about 4 and a half stone off my target but losing weight is hard so genuinely well done!
