They won't take any of my transfer credits because they don't have equivalent classes. So, I'm pretty sure I'll be a few credits short.

Your credits from BU? Talk to Pam Rosa in Admissions - she does the transcript evaluations. Maybe you could take summer courses? Techinically, you're not supposed to transfer credits in from other universities after you have 60 credits, but the Registrar grants special permission a lot.
