We've had the same problem in our holidays. In the Autumn one, everyone had their holidays to different times and the one who's in Germany didn't even have that holiday. Then in the Christmas holiday another one had to spend most of it in Denmark with a sick grandfather, so during my month of holiday we didn't have a single moment together the 'whole' gang. Several seperate times, yes, but you know, it's not the same.
