I recently ate a 77% cocoa chocolate bar...it was soooo bitter! ughhh my whole face got all wrinkly LOL.

Heehee, That's the normal reaction!
There's a gourmet chocolate shop near our house and the man there gave us a lesson in bitterness of chocolate. I love bitter chocolate and my roommate did the same thing you did!
