MY COMPUTER HAS NO SOUND.
I installed the stupid windows update and now I have no sound whatsoever.
And I'm not going back to Best Buy, no matter what my mother says. They always seem to make my matters worse.
And to think I used to work there.
*whimpers*

Ugh, I hate when things like that happen! And yeah, sometimes Best Buy causes problems, lol. But still I'd take it to them if you can't figure it out because sometimes it's simple and we just don't realize it. Although, I do hate going there multiple times in one day or even one week because I feel like the Geek Squad guys are thinking, "Her again?!" But sometimes I go with a problem and they fix it but then do something silly like forget to disconnect my laptop from the Best Buy network and then I can't get Internet at home and I don't know how to disconnect that, so I end up going back, haha. Anyway, I hope you figure it out!!

i understand that feeling completely. best buy does seem to just make my computer problems worse somehow.. like i turned in my computer to fix something and i think they messed something else up and i got it back for the second thing and it wasn't even fixed.. yeah, best buy is definitely stupid...

but my computer had no sound before. it was really weird. and then once my computer was playing the sounds of one the episodes i have on my computer..but i had closed it and it wasn't even running because i went to see what was running and i couldn't even end it.. it was ridiculous.

Thanks you two. I was actually able to figure it out by calling HP for their help. I avoid Best Buy at all costs. Haha.
