Lateral Epicondylitis

It seems I have developed epicondylitis in my left elbow, and I need to rest my arm. I'm not allowed to knit until at least the end of the month - thankfully stitching doesn't hurt!

And just what is lateral epicondylitis? Well, between you and me, it's more commonly known as tennis elbow and it often occurs after strenuous overuse of the muscles ( Read more... )

I'm just frustrated by not being able to knit etc. I know I've got to let the tendon heal but Goddess, am I bored!
