The song in the elevator is by Nancy Wilson, and called "Elevator Beat" (it's on the soundtrack CD). There's lots of original music by Nancy Wilson in the film which sounds similar, but I think only that track is on the CD.

A very limited edition CD came out at the film's release if memory serves with just her tracks, which I have an MP3 copy of. I used one of the tracks at my wedding :-)

The single guitar track with ominous effects is indeed Nancy Wilson "Elevator Beat," although sometimes it is incorrectly listed under "Elevator Heat."

The song while David is in the elevator before Ladies and Gentlemen is called "Doot Doot" by Freur, but I'm pretty sure you're talking about Elevator Beat.
