calories are way to go at least for me. i am not sure how old you are but people usually eat 2000-2500 a day and if you want to lose some you might go on a 1000 calories diet. run 20 minutes per day, you can try 8 minute abs (its on youtube), maybe if you have a training bike it can help you! buy a scale if you dont have yet because once you see youve lost some pounds it will courage you to stay strong haha. good luck! :)

sandra!! i'm 19. i've been eating less than 1000 a day actually and i've been doing push ups, sit ups, crunches, leg lifts etcc. so far i've lost 1.5kg and i have 2kg to go to reach my targetted goal weight. :)

i'm starting a diet next week too because my ~future agent (aka he'll be my agent when my orthodontist will take my braces off) told me to lose some (i am already underweight but i'm also just 5'9 and he told me that i can't be short AND fat. lol cruel but i got over it). k not talking about myself anymore.
