I *just* heard "It's Been a Year" yesterday via last fm and I thought it fit the beginning of Season 6 perfectly.

Great choices! The only other song I would have added is "Where I Stood" by Missy Higgins. The lyrics scream "Brennan" to me.

I think someone suggested that song for my Season 5 Fanmix (which I still haven't done... :/) so that's why I didn't suggest it for this one, although it would have fit here pretty perfectly.
